I was surprised that this was canvas and not real wood, but the size is great. And, it looks really good; it doens't look cheap for "fake" wood.

I was concerned that this might look a little tacky, since it's not wood, but canvas. However, when it arrived, both my husband and I were so happy with it. The tree and swing make the piece look so playful that you forget it's not real wood. I had to find a place in a hallway for it instead of a spare bedroom!

Most of the reviews of this product are great, so I was pretty disappointed when I opened the box. Yes, it's "wood like." It looks cheap and feels cheap.
