Exactly what I wanted. Picture is clear and bright.

This is an amendment to my earlier slam on this provider. In the last week, I have been contacted by a customer service agent apologizing that no one had tried to make this right when the initial job was really poor. Since this contact, I have received an newly printer picture (looks great) that is fully wrapped and no sag as was the case with original order. I am really impressed with this customer-friendly emphasis and have upgraded my original 'poor' rating to one of 'exceptional.' I plan on using them again when I get some good pictures in the coming months. Thanks again for the great effort!
Had to contact vendor first, but they never responded. This provider does not 'wrap' the canvas on the sides, so you have white edges all around, which looks very strange when hung on the wall. Looked at getting a frame to cover the white, but because the sides are 1.5" wide, no off the shelf frame works. I'm not going to spend a hundred dollars to make a $40 picture work, so this is going in the guest room where few will see it. The picture quality itself is just okay and the canvas sags on the frame a bit.
This is a follow-up after the vendor contacted me and tried to blame the problems I faced on my not provided a proper image. They have changed their picture to now show (mostly) wrapped edges, whereas the TRUTH is that they had white when this was bought (and complained about). In addition, I provided to photos that show sagging of the canvas in two different spots on the finished product (will try to attach). Use someone else. I have and am happy with the outcome.

I think I ordered two of these a bit too large. They are family pictures, but are somewhat distorted. They were shipped quickly and arrived undamaged.

I wanted to add a personal touch in my office, so I ordered a print of one of my favorite vacation photos, taken on a basic point-and-click digital camera a few years ago. I am incredibly impressed with the quality of the reprint on such a big canvas! My only complaint is that there is a *tiny* bit of white from the canvas edge wrapping around onto the front in one corner, even though I spread the picture to the boundaries of the sizing box. Barely noticeable, though, and I still love it. Printed and shipped within the same day - can't beat the deal.
